The Princess Switch: Switched Again
After tonight i really need sleep so it might be the last for at least a few nights BUT I had to watch the sequel
The Princess Switch: Switched Again released tonight and it was just as fun as the first one. There was not one, not two, but THREE Vanessa Hudgens in this
Netflix was like “We need more Vanessa Hudgens. Should we make more movies with her?
Nah. We’ll just make one movie that has 3 of her.”
There was even a cameo at the end from another Netflix movie. So if you liked the first one, highly recommend this.
A Castle for Christmas
Day two! So this one is not romcom hallmarky but it’s still cheesy, not believable but adorable kind of way. Maybe seeing Lindsey Lohan yesterday influenced my pick tonight.
This is about two moms: both super busy and thinks they need to do it all, but it manifests differently on how they approach life/work/family. Of course, Claus twinkles some magic and they switch bodies thinking the other has it easy. By the end, they learn lessons that helps better them and their families.
12 Pups of Christmas
This one is SUPER cheesy and the timeline is a little off, but it has puppies! But seriously, really, really cheesy. Definitely one to kinda just have in the background while you do something else Also, I discovered I have a pet peeve when they use the word translator when they should use interpreter.
Single All the Way
Okay, I didn’t think I’d like anything more then LoveHard this year but this was so cute! Like, omg it was adorable and you’re cheering for them and it has some good laughs and oh so adorable. Definitely a feel good happy movie that just makes you squee for them. Don’t be a FOMO-sexual and watch it
Love Hard
First of the year! This one was so cute it gave me so many warm and fluffy feelings. And I love that there was an Asian lead and a mix family and just all the representations as it matters! But it wasn’t like, in your face about it, which makes it all the better. Definitely a sweet love movie with a perfect ending. A fantastic one to start off my Christmas hallmark movie marathon
Girlfriends of Christmas Past***
Tonight: Girlfriends of Christmas Past. It was entertaining, funny and the ending was HORRIBLY cheesy, like, bad but not too unexpected
Also, Roxanne McDanel was the makeup artist for this AND I saw her name in the credits
Princess Switch 3: Romancing the Star
A California Christmas: City Lights
Rock N’ Roll Christmas
Falling for Christmas
You know, when you can’t find the movie to tag, maybe it’s a sign but really, this wasn’t as bad as it could be but not high compared to some of the others I’ve seen this year. Cute and totally follows the formula but I liked it because I like the skating part! It made me want to get back on the ice myself. Pandemic, go away so I won’t feel weird getting on the rink with other people!
